SHIPPING COSTS
Within the United States, the shipping cost is $6 USD for each order.
For international shipping, the cost starts at $27 USD for each order.

PROCESSING TIME
Please be advised that we require 1-3 business days to process orders as our products are made to order. In cases where your order includes multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing duration.
SHIPPING TIME
The actual shipping time to your destination country is determined by the shipping method you choose during the order placement process. For orders within the United States, standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 9 business days. However, for certain states such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, shipping time may range from 10 to 20 working days. For international orders, the estimated shipping time is approximately 10 to 20 business days. Please consider that shipping times may be influenced by public holidays, destination countries, and the specific couriers involved.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
The total delivery time consists of the processing time and the shipping time. It is important to note that any shipping timeframes mentioned on our website or provided by our customer service representatives are estimates. We advise against making plans that are heavily dependent on these estimates. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, postal services are not infallible, and unexpected delays can occur. Therefore, we kindly ask you to allow for some additional time to account for unforeseen circumstances. Although we strive to deliver your parcel on time, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, as these may be influenced by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or inaccurate/insufficient delivery information.

MULTIPLE ADDRESS DELIVERY
Regrettably, we do not currently offer the option to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. If you require items to be delivered to multiple addresses, we kindly request that you place separate orders for each address.
DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We are pleased to offer delivery services to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
VAT TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES
For items shipped internationally from the United States, they are dispatched as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). Please note that any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information regarding your country’s specific customs policies.
CUT-OFF – DELAYS – CHRISTMAS – NEW YEAR
At Teeonerockin, we strive to provide you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. However, during the Christmas season, due to high demand, please be aware that production and shipping times may be longer than usual. The processing time for orders is estimated to be between 3 to 7 days.
Orders placed from December 7, 2023, onwards may encounter difficulties in being delivered before Christmas. While some locations near Detroit, Michigan might have a chance of earlier delivery, we cannot guarantee it. Delivery times during this period heavily depend on the carriers, such as UPS and USPS, responsible for shipping your order. Typically, it takes approximately 5 to 12 business days for delivery, but this timeline may vary depending on your location. Please note that our warehouse is situated in Detroit, Michigan.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: For orders placed from December 7, 2023, onwards, if you wish to receive your package before Christmas, we kindly request that you select the “Express Delivery” option. However, orders placed from December 17 onwards, even with Express Delivery, will not be delivered before Christmas.
Please take note that our operations will be temporarily closed for the Christmas holiday from December 24 to December 27, as well as for the New Year holiday from December 30, 2023, to January 2, 2024. While our system will continue to accept and process orders automatically during this time, we kindly ask that you ensure the accuracy of your address and t-shirt size when placing an order. We regret to inform you that we will be unable to accommodate order cancellations during the holiday period.
